Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital goods, refunds or compensation are only issued under specific circumstances:

  • Non-Functional Products: If a purchased product or merchandise is not working and our team is unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting, a refund may be considered.

Important Notes:

  • Virtual balances and store credits are non-transferable outside of our website and cannot be used elsewhere.
  • We are not responsible for cryptocurrency transactions sent outside our corporate wallets; these are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect cryptocurrency amounts sent by customers will result in incomplete orders with no replacements, refunds, or solutions provided.
  • If a cryptocurrency transaction is traceable but the amount sent is incorrect, customers may receive up to a 50% refund of the sent amount, excluding applicable fees.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot compensate for errors outside our control. Always verify the wallet address and transaction amount before completing your order to ensure fulfillment.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Sale or discounted items, including virtual gift cards.
  • Menus with options that have changed without notice.
  • Merchandise purchased by “mistake” or “accident.”

Device compatibility for digital goods will be mentioned in product descriptions where applicable. Refunds will not be issued for device incompatibility if stated in the description.
